Henan Normal University (Xingxiang) Vibration Machinery Factory (Shanghai Branch)

Henan Normal University (Xingxiang) Vibration Machinery Factory wad established in 1958 and it is a backbone enterprise in the vibration machinery sector in Henan Province, which is affiliated with Henan Normal University. It occupies an area of 24420 square meters, with 200 workers and staff members among whose 56% had college and professional degrees. There are four advanced engineers altogether. It has 8 departments and 4 workshops with more than 140 sets of big, medium-sized and small processing machines.

This factory has become a specialized factory since 1980′s, which can produce vibration and mine machinearies. It is equipped with a strong basic processing capacity with planners, vertical lathes, millers, grinders, borers, drillers, plate-rolling machines, presses, benders, automatic welders, air-protecting welders, metal flaw detectors, physical and chamical ayalysis instruments and other necessary plant equipments. Therefore, a complete machining and manufacturing technological system has been established.

This factory has a complete quality control and assurance system. To guarantee the high quality products and good customer service, our factory passed ISO9001: 2000 quality control system certification in 2003. Subject to the review and approval by Henan Commerical Department and Customs House, our factory has obtained the import and export authority. In the past more than 40 years, we take market, science and technology as a guide, and convert the high and now technical results into productivity. More than 20 high and new technical products have been developed, among which 5 has been awarded national patents and 1 was appraised national high and new technical product in 1994. And also many technical result and patent prizes have been awarded by State. Provincial and Municipal goverments. Moreover, our factory is awarded a honest enterprise which performs contract very well. From 2001-2004, our factory is appraised a "AAA" enterprise in four consecutive years. With a further development of sales market and to serve out customers well, we have established a friendly product-developing cooperation relation with many famous experts and professors in Northeast University, Tianjin University and China Mine college, etc. We can supply a series of service for our customers with project design, technological process design, standard and non-standard design and manufacturing, equipment installation and commissioning at the site.

Since 1960s, four main series of products have been formed, including vibration machines, mine machines, conveyors and environmental protection equipments with more than 100 varieties, of which series vibration motor, vibration screening machine, vibration grinding machine, series high temperature material conveyor(patent), series vibration feeder and bucket. Series swiveling vibration screening machine(patent), air screening machine(patent) are widely sold well in the more than 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalitis around the country.
